Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Grupa SOKÓŁ, ul. Złota 7/28, 00-019 Warszawa.

For anything to do with your personal data, write to biuro@grupa-sokol.com or call 786 999 909.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect:

  • your name and phone number
  • your email address, if you give it
  • your town, the service and the property type
  • the content of your message
  • any files you attach, such as photos of the building or a floor plan

Through the rating form on the /ocen-nas/ page we collect the rating, the message and, if you give them, your name and phone number or email address.

Photos may show a building, a property or people. Large photos are reduced in your browser before sending, which also removes the data about where the photo was taken.

Purposes and legal bases

  • replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote, meaning steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • performing the contract, if we enter into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • handling ratings and comments, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • meeting tax and accounting obligations, if a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then until any possible claims are time-barred. If we enter into a contract, we keep the accounting documents for the period required by tax law.

Who receives the data

The data may be received by companies that help us run the website and handle correspondence on our behalf:

  • the website hosting provider
  • the provider that processes the forms and forwards messages to our mailbox
  • the email provider

The hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses in server logs, outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy
  • have your data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

Do you have to give us your data

Giving your data is voluntary. Without your name, phone number and town, however, we cannot prepare a quote. In the rating form only the message is required.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not track visitors. The hosting server keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and visit times, needed for the website to work securely.

Google reviews

If you go to Google from the /ocen-nas/ page, you leave your review on Google. Any data you enter there is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
