About us
Grupa SOKÓŁ: we design, install and service security systems
We are an installation company. We install CCTV, alarms, access control and intercoms in Warsaw, the Tricity and Elblag, and after installation we stay on hand for servicing.

- Servicing for systems installed by others
Who we are
An installation company, not a security firm
Grupa SOKÓŁ is an installation company. We design, install and service CCTV, alarms, access control and intercoms in houses, flats, businesses and residential buildings.
The word “Grupa” in our name does not mean a security company. We do not run alarm monitoring or send patrols. Camera footage and alarm notifications go to you, and we make sure the system works.
A falcon sees more from above. That is how we design: before we mount the first camera, we look at the whole property and show on a plan what each camera will see.
What matters to us
- A plan before installation, not after
- A price with a list of what it covers
- Cameras that do not look into the neighbours' property
- The app set up on your own phone
- Servicing for systems installed by others too
How we work
Six steps from the first call to servicing
Conversation
You tell us what you want to protect and in what building. A phone call or the form is enough.
Photos or a site visit
For simple jobs photos and a floor plan are enough. For larger ones we come to the property.
Plan
We draw where the cameras and sensors will go. For CCTV we show what each camera will see.
Quote
You get a price with a list of the devices and work it covers.
Installation
We install, set the angles and zones, configure the app and show you how to use it.
Servicing
After installation we are on the same number: repairs, inspections and upgrades.
Scope
What we do, and what we do not
We install and service systems. We are not a security company, so we do not receive alarm signals or watch cameras for our clients.
We do
- Design and installation of CCTV, alarms, access control and intercoms
- App and notification setup on your phone
- Inspections, repairs and system upgrades
- Taking over a system from another company
We do not
- We do not receive alarm signals
- We do not send patrols or guards
- We do not look at your recordings without your consent
