What is included
In the Tricity we install alarms in detached and terraced houses, flats, seasonal holiday apartments and shops. A house where someone is home every day needs different protection from an apartment the owner visits a few times a year.
In apartments and flats it helps to connect flood, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to the same control panel, so you hear about a problem on your phone even when you are far away. In a house we split the system into zones, so that at night the ground floor and garage are armed while upstairs stays off.
When the alarm goes off, it sounds the siren and sends notifications to the people you choose. We install and service the system but do not receive the signals. If you want them to go to a security company, you arrange that directly with the company.

In new buildings a security door and an intercom are standard, but they will not tell you that someone has opened the door. A door contact and a motion sensor in the hallway send a notification to your phone when you are away.
