Yes. On the first visit we check what is installed, whether it works and whether we can access the devices. If the recorder password or the alarm panel's service code is missing, we restore access the way the manufacturer intends, which sometimes means resetting and reconfiguring the device.

Yes. We write down what we checked, what works, what needs repairing and what we suggest replacing. The report is also useful if your insurer asks about inspections of your security systems.

First check that the recorder has power and internet and that your phone is online. If the picture does not come back, call us. Some app problems, for example after changing the router or the Wi-Fi password, can be solved remotely.

The most common causes are a failed disk, a full disk with overwriting switched off, settings changed by an update, or a power fault. We check the disk, the recording settings and the power supply, and replace the disk if it has failed.

Usually a badly positioned or oversensitive sensor, a flat battery in a wireless sensor, an insect inside a sensor or a worn-out backup battery in the control panel. On the visit we check the panel's event log, which usually points to the sensor at fault.

Yes, if the recorder or control panel allows it. We add cameras, sensors, notification modules or the app. If a device is too old, we tell you plainly whether an upgrade makes sense or whether it is better to replace it.
